These terms cover use of https://allmindschool.com and digital products offered by TRUEPERFORMANCE LLC through this website. They apply to new orders made under these terms; they do not retrospectively alter purchases from another provider.
2. Eligibility and agreement
You must have legal capacity to purchase and comply with applicable laws. Read the product description, checkout information and these terms before ordering. The order confirmation, the specific offer, and mandatory consumer law govern your purchase.
3. Digital products and access
The Gemini product is a digital educational guide; the Splits in 6 Weeks product is a digital training course. Access is supplied after successful payment through the account or delivery method described at checkout. Contact support if access is missing. The duration of access and included materials shown in the offer form part of your order.
4. Prices, payment and additional offers
The total amount, currency, applicable taxes, included products and payment schedule must be shown before you confirm payment. Payments are processed through Stripe or the payment service identified at checkout. An optional additional product requires your selection. A purchase does not itself authorize undisclosed future charges.
5. One-time purchases and subscriptions
A one-time guide or course purchase is not a subscription merely because it provides account access. If you separately choose a subscription or trial, its price, renewal interval, trial conversion and cancellation method must be presented before agreement. Renewal must be authorized separately; cancellation and the terms displayed for that subscription govern it.
6. Refunds and consumer rights
The Gemini guide offer includes a 14-day money-back guarantee and the Splits in 6 Weeks course offer includes a 21-day money-back guarantee. See the Refund Policy for the request process. Mandatory rights relating to withdrawal, defective digital content, missing access, duplicate charges and unauthorized charges remain available.
7. Personal-use licence
You receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to use purchased materials for your own learning, subject to the access terms in your offer. You may not redistribute, resell or publicly upload protected course materials without permission. Copyright and other rights remain with their owners or licensors.
8. Accounts and acceptable use
Provide accurate purchase and account information and keep login details private. Do not use the site for fraud, infringement, harassment, malicious code or interference with service security. Restrictions needed to address misuse will not remove mandatory consumer rights or refund remedies.
9. Educational content

Account access, payment processing or course delivery may use an external service or original course platform. The provider and destination must be made clear where relevant. These terms do not claim that TRUEPERFORMANCE LLC owns third-party trademarks, platforms or materials.
11. Privacy and cookies
The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain data processing and website storage. A purchase or acceptance of these terms does not itself constitute consent to marketing messages or optional advertising tracking.
12. Sweepstakes
A promotion is separate from the sale of a guide or course and must have its own Official Rules defining its sponsor, eligibility, entry methods, dates, prizes and selection process. These purchase terms do not grant entries or promise a prize. The applicable Official Rules must be available before participation.
13. Responsibility and disputes
Contact the company first to seek a practical resolution of an access, billing or other issue. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits statutory remedies, or requires you to waive mandatory consumer protections. Applicable consumer laws and the competent courts govern rights that cannot be varied by contract.
14. Updates and contact
