Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to purchases offered by TRUEPERFORMANCE LLC at https://allmindschool.com. Earlier purchases retain their original terms and any more favourable guarantee stated when ordered.
2. Product guarantees
For the Gemini AI guide, request a refund within 14 calendar days after payment. For the Splits in 6 Weeks course, request a refund within 21 calendar days after payment. The advertised money-back guarantees apply without requiring proof that you completed the material or achieved a particular result.
3. How to request a refund
Contact info@allmindschool.com, call +1 347 483 9881, or write to 1021 E Lincolnway, 7060 Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States. Provide the email used for purchase, product name, purchase date and order or receipt reference so the transaction can be located. Do not send full card details or your password. If email is unavailable, use the phone or postal contact.
4. Processing
A refund is issued through the payment processor to the original payment method unless another lawful arrangement is agreed. Processing and the time your bank takes to show funds may differ. A request made within the applicable guarantee period is not made late because processing takes longer.
5. Subscriptions and trials
If you separately purchased a subscription or trial, use the cancellation method presented with that offer or contact support. Cancelling a renewal and requesting a refund are separate actions. The subscription-specific offer and any applicable statutory rights govern the cancellation and refund.
6. Mandatory rights
These guarantees supplement mandatory rights and do not replace them. Where applicable, consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract. For EU digital content, loss of the withdrawal right depends on the legally required prior express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation; merely opening an account does not establish those requirements. Remedies for defective digital content, missing access, incorrect, duplicate or unauthorized charges are not excluded.
7. Sweepstakes entries
Any effect a cancellation or refund has on a promotional entry must be stated in the separate Official Rules. This policy does not create a sweepstakes entry, remove statutory refund rights or impose a fee to claim a prize.
